Digital downloads

Because digital products cannot be returned, stems, chord charts, and other digital downloads are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law. If you receive an incorrect or defective file, cannot access your download, or accidentally purchase the same item twice, please contact us. We will help resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Physical merchandise

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing. Please review the product description and any available sizing information before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at nbcjayessms@gmail.com with your order number and photos so we can help resolve it. Please contact us before returning any item.

Refunds

We will notify you after reviewing your request. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.
