Digital products

Stems, chord charts, and other digital downloads are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping. For products set up for automatic delivery, a download link is emailed after successful payment. Please enter your email address correctly at checkout and check your spam or junk folder if you do not see your download email.

Physical merchandise

Physical merchandise requires shipping unless a pickup option is offered at checkout. Available delivery destinations, shipping methods, and charges are shown at checkout.

Processing and production times may vary by item. Please review the product listing for any stated production timelines or preorder details before purchasing. If timing information is not listed, contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date.

Production and processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Any estimated delivery date is an estimate, not a guarantee, and carrier delays may occur.

Delivery issues

Please check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order is in production or has shipped.
